## Senior Backend Go Developer

### **Responsibilities**

- Define technical standards in collaboration with the Architecture team.

- Design and develop architectures based on microservices and event-driven systems.

- Conduct regular pair programming sessions and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.

- Mentor developers who are Senior in other technologies but Junior/Semi Senior in Go.

### Technical Requirements

- Strong experience with Go (required).

- Experience with PHP and Python (preferred).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.

- Experience with event-driven development using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with OpenAPI, Swagger, and OpenTelemetry for observability, tracing, and logging.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and TDD, including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.

- Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate software development processes.
