## Semi Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

Your main challenge will be to contribute to the development of **robust and scalable web applications**, working comprehensively across both the **backend** and the **frontend**. We are looking for someone who not only writes code but also deeply understands the impact of their work on the business and end-users.

### **Responsibilities and Work Culture**

- **Agile Environment:** Active participation in teams operating under agile methodologies, adapting to changing priorities and delivering value iteratively.

- **Critical Thinking:** Ability to question the initial definition of tasks, probing into the "why" behind each feature. We like our team to ask tough questions to product and stakeholders to ensure we are building the right thing.

- **Adaptability:** Flexibility and calmness in the face of rapidly evolving requirements in a dynamic environment.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Constant proposal of technical and functional improvements based on curiosity and the analysis of real-world impact.

### **Exclusionary Requirements**

- **Experience:** 3+ years as a **Full Stack** developer.

- **Backend:** Solid experience in **PHP and Laravel**.

- **Frontend:** Advanced knowledge of **React**.

- **Databases:** Experience with relational databases (**MySQL, PostgreSQL**, etc.) and their integration with Laravel.

- **APIs:** Experience in consuming and creating **RESTful APIs**.

- **Version Control:** Proficiency in **Git** and collaborative workflows (GitFlow, Pull Requests).

- **Management:** Experience working in agile methodologies (**Scrum, Kanban**).

- **Soft Skills:** Collaborative mindset, natural curiosity, and effective communication skills (both technical and non-technical).

### **Desirable (Plus)**

- **DevOps:** Knowledge of **Docker** and containerized environments.

- **CI/CD:** Experience with tools such as **Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions**.

- **Testing:** Familiarity with automated testing (**PHPUnit, Jest**, etc.).

- **Infrastructure:** Basic knowledge of cloud services (**AWS, Azure**, etc.).

- **Performance:** Experience in web application performance optimization.
