## IT Operations Manager

### **Core Responsibilities**

- **Design, implement, and optimize** delivery processes for technology projects.

- **Oversee** the project portfolio, resources, and deadline compliance.

- **Lead** teams of Project Managers, technical leaders, and operations.

- **Ensure** customer satisfaction and quality in every delivery.

- **Measure and analyze** operational KPIs (deadlines, resource utilization, margins).

- **Participate** in strategic planning alongside the CEO and the Board.

### **Requirements**

- **5+ years** leading operations in technology companies (**Required**).

- **Proven track record** in software development (**Required**).

- **Advanced proficiency** in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) (**Required**).

- **Educational background** in Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).

- **Experience** in managing multidisciplinary teams.

- **Management of budgets** and project costs.

- **Knowledge of tools** such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project.

- **Advanced English** (Preferred).
