## Team Leader

### **Responsibilities**

- Lead a Software Development team of approximately 20 people.

- **Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight:** Partner with the Project Manager to track project status, ensure technical progress, and remove roadblocks impacting the team.

- **Scope Definition:** Perform initial technical analysis and effort estimations for upcoming sprints, collaborating closely with the Software Architect on solution design and task planning.

- **Mentorship & Guidance:** Support Business Analysts (BAs) and QA/QC teams to ensure requirements and test cases accurately address business and end-user needs.

- **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management:** Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including Level 3 (L3) support activities and occasional on-call responsibilities.

- **AI-Driven Acceleration:** Lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence initiatives to automate internal processes and develop AI agents that enhance team productivity and development efficiency.

### Technical Requirements

- **Strong Technical Background:** Senior technical profile with solid expertise in Go and PHP. Candidates with strong Python experience and the ability to quickly transition to Go will also be considered.

- **Modern Software Architectures:** Experience with Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

- **Cloud Ecosystem:** Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

- **Software Quality Practices:** Experience with static code analysis tools, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and testing methodologies including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.

- **Observability & Documentation:** Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Swagger, and OpenAPI to ensure traceability and maintainability within environments containing significant legacy code.

### Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and assertive communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations and L3 incident management.

- Strong organizational and team management capabilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
