It does not cover what happens afterwards inside our recruitment processes — if you have a question about that, write to us. Last updated 13 September 2026 ### In short - This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, and that sets Google cookies. It is the only tracking tool, and below we say exactly which cookies they are. - We only ask for personal data if you fill in one of the two forms. Browsing leaves no data of yours with us beyond that measurement. - We do not sell, rent or pass on your data. Your CV is used to assess you for searches and for nothing else. - You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, free of charge. ### Who we are Solutix S.A. is an IT talent consultancy at Av. Belgrano 835, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are the controller of the data described below. For anything relating to this policy, write to info@solutix.com.ar or use the contact form. ### What we collect, and what for This site has exactly two forms, and they are the only way any personal data of yours reaches us. - Contact form (companies): first name, last name, email, phone (optional), company, subject and your message. We use it to reply and to understand the search you need. - CV form (candidates): first name, last name, email, phone (optional), location, the position you are applying for (optional), LinkedIn and portfolio (optional), a summary of your experience (optional), your consent and the CV file. We use it to assess your profile against our searches and to contact you if there is a match. - With each submission we also store the IP address and browser it was sent from. They are used to limit automated submissions and filter spam, not to identify you. - We do not ask for a national ID, a date of birth or a gender. None of them is needed to assess a technical profile. ### The CV in particular A CV usually holds considerably more than a name and a phone number: employment history, education, sometimes a date of birth or a photograph. We treat it as what it is. We do not share it with any client company without your knowledge. When your profile fits a search we contact you first, and only with your agreement do we present it — to that specific company, not to a list. We do not add your CV to any commercial database, and we do not use it for anything other than assessing you in recruitment processes. ### Cookies and measurement This site uses Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit it and which pages they see. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier; they last up to two years and tell one visit from another. The IP address is anonymised before it is recorded. You can block these cookies in your browser and the site works the same. Beyond that there are no social media pixels and no other tracking tools. The fonts, images and icons are served from this site. ### Who it is shared with With our recruitment team, and with the relevant client company when we present your profile — with your prior agreement, as described above. With Google LLC, for the measurement described in the previous section. With our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which operates the infrastructure this site runs on. Like any web server, its technical logs include the IP address and browser of a visitor. With DigitalOcean, LLC, which operates the servers holding the enquiries and CVs you leave through this site. It is infrastructure we contract: the data is ours and DigitalOcean only hosts it. We do not sell, rent or pass personal data to anyone else. ### International transfers Google LLC, Vercel Inc. and DigitalOcean, LLC are based in the United States, so data you send through this site may be processed and stored outside Argentina. Ley 25.326 governs such transfers, and we choose providers that offer adequate contractual safeguards. ### How long we keep it Company enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for any period during which they may be required of us by legal or accounting obligations. CVs are kept for as long as your profile is relevant to our searches. If you want it deleted sooner, ask us and we will. ### Your rights You can ask us for access to your data, or for its correction, update or deletion, by writing to info@solutix.com.ar. There is no charge and you do not have to explain why. Under article 14(3) of Argentina's Ley 25.326, a data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in doing so sooner is demonstrated. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection law. ### Security The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Forms are processed on the server and no data is stored in your browser. Your CV is kept in private storage: it has no public URL and is reached only from our internal systems, through signed links that expire. ### Changes If we change this policy we change the date above too.
