• Experience: 3+ years as a Full Stack developer.
• Backend: Solid experience in PHP and Laravel.
• Frontend: Advanced knowledge of React.
• Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and their integration with Laravel.
• APIs: Experience in consuming and creating RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (GitFlow, Pull Requests).
• Management: Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, natural curiosity, and effective communication skills (both technical and non-technical).

Desirable (Plus)

• DevOps: Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• CI/CD: Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Testing: Familiarity with automated testing (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.).
• Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
