Role Description

You will join the Systems department to be part of a team focused on the design of high-impact software and application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architecture: Propose appropriate technologies for projects of varying scales.
• Code Quality: Supervise standards, ensuring reusability, testability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Management & Metrics: Establish project KPIs and objectives, analyzing results to maximize efficiency.
• Mentoring: Share knowledge through peer consultations and internal training.
• Project Management: Review dependencies, critical paths, and contingency plans; recommend solutions and approve timelines.
• Problem Solving: Identify gaps in plans and provide guidance for resolving complex issues.
• Leadership: Evaluate technical staff competencies and anticipate potential risks.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Application Architecture roles.
• Architecture: Advanced mastery of designing solutions based on microservices.
• Backend: Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Java.
• Frontend: Extensive experience with Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles.
• Quality: Deep knowledge of QA (Quality Assurance) fundamentals and practices.
• Modeling: Solid experience using UML and diagramming tools.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead work teams.

Desirable

• Advanced Modeling: Knowledge of C4, Visual Paradigm, or Enterprise Architect.
• Industry: Previous experience in the banking sector.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, a technical mindset, and great attention to detail.
