Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize delivery processes for technology projects.
- Oversee the project portfolio, resources, and deadline compliance.
- Lead teams of Project Managers, technical leaders, and operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality in every delivery.
- Measure and analyze operational KPIs (deadlines, resource utilization, margins).
- Participate in strategic planning alongside the CEO and the Board.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading operations in technology companies (Required).
- Proven track record in software development (Required).
- Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) (Required).
- Educational background in Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Management of budgets and project costs.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project.
- Advanced English (Preferred).
