The candidate must possess a clear process vision, understand the value of UX research, and be capable of taking analysis beyond problem detection by proposing concrete paths to resolution.

• Specialization: Professional profile with formal specialization in UX.
• Research: Solid experience in research techniques (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Focus: User behavior analysis, experience optimization, and digital product design based on data and business needs.
• Resolution: Proven ability to identify problems and propose solutions through UX research and analysis techniques.
• Strategic Vision: Comprehensive product vision and the ability to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions.

Other Requirements

• Analytics Tools: Proficiency in current tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
• Experience: 3+ years in multidisciplinary and collaborative teams.
• Data-Driven: Experience in data analysis integrated into the design process.
• Agile Environment: At least 1 year of experience working in squads alongside developers (fluent in IT terminology).
• Design Software: Advanced use of Adobe XD and Axure.
