Senior Backend Go Developer

Responsibilities

• Define technical standards in collaboration with the Architecture team.
• Design and develop architectures based on microservices and event-driven systems.
• Conduct regular pair programming sessions and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
• Mentor developers who are Senior in other technologies but Junior/Semi Senior in Go.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Go (required).
• Experience with PHP and Python (preferred).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with event-driven development using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI, Swagger, and OpenTelemetry for observability, tracing, and logging.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and TDD, including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate software development processes.
